Wisconsin Cheerleading Social Media Manager

• Created, curated, and scheduled high-quality content, including graphics, photos, and videos across various social media platforms.

• Utilized graphic design skills and project management to create engaging content that resulted in higher consumer engagement and greater future interest in the program.

• Sourced a local photographer and videographer to shoot content at practices in order to gain a larger portfolio of professional content to develop an elevated visual style for the social media.

Clinic Coordinator

• Used time management and delegation skills to manage and oversee youth and college prep clinics to create a positive learning environment while cultivating teamwork.

• Lead athlete instruction and training sessions as an example of correct form and instruction for safety of the practice.

• Facilitate Q&A sessions to support athlete development and function as a mentor for future team members as well as provided guidance on the balance of college athletics and academics.
